How do I order parts?

You can order replacement parts directly from us! Please be sure to have both the model number and serial number from the item. We will need this information before we are able to process your request.

    The request form is not working.  When I fill out the info and submit... nothing happens.

    The request form still not is not working.  When I fill out the info and submit I  than get error!!!!! Tried several times. I have a $300 crib that I cant use because some barrel nuts are missing!! why cant i speak with someone to order these parts?

    What if you're missing the serial and model numbers because the label is missing?

    So we fill out the form, give you all the information you need, then we wait for up to 5 days just to hear back from you in order to order the part? We know the part, and we know the crib model - what more is there for us to talk about? We're all adults here, just let us order the parts like we can on every other website in the world.

    Hi Tija,

    The model and serial/PO lot number can also be found printed on the original box or on the registration card that came with the paperwork. If you don't have any of these, please contact us directly at parts@mdbmail.com  and we can help you out individually. 

     

    Hi Travis, 

    Filling out the form is ordering the part. When you hear back from us in 2-5 business days, you will either be getting your order confirmation number in cases where the parts are covered under warranty or a quote and payment link if you are requesting to purchase parts.

    At this time, we do not have an ecommerce website for parts as the number of parts we have for our products is far too great and varying depending on the age of the furniture to efficiently offer individual product listings. There's a lot of information just from the serial/PO lot number that determines which parts you need; information the consumer is unable to know about.

    When ordering parts how to I determine left from right? Am I facing crib (standing in front) or facing outwards (back against the back panel)??

    We determine the right side of the crib as you are facing it. So the right side panel will be on you right hand side.

    Hello, I have a crib and need a replacement part. I have all my information. I live in Canada and the form will not let me select Canada and put where I live. I'm not sure what to do.
