I emailed you today with a question and I haven't received a response yet. How long is it before I receive a response?

    I have been trying to call this company for weeks. All I get is Ruth Sutton's voicemail when trying to request replacement parts that were omitted from the package. When I got thru the first time to request parts, I was sent the wrong parts from which I requested. Now I can't get thru at all to have my request fulfilled. I've submitted web request, called everyday and left voicemails, and every piece of information possible with no return call. This is highly disappointing!

    I am still awaiting a response from a week ago.  Very frustrating to have ZERO communication back.
