Before we are able to process any replacement part order we will need both the model number and serial number from the crib. You will be able to locate this information printed on a white label found on the right side of the crib, just below the mattress level.

    • Thanks for the number but it is useless.  Tried several times during your normal business hours but no one answers for consumer support option, just goes to the operator who directs you to leave a voicemail.  Not very good customer service and will be reflected on my final product review on the Target website.
